The pool area was a favorite for the kids. they enjoyed splashing around after a long day at the beach, which was conveniently close. However, we encountered some frustrating issues with housekeeping. We asked for our rooms to be cleaned, but it didn’t happen for three days. That left us with a messy space to deal with. Additionally, the breakfast management lagged. Each morning, we waited over 20 minutes for trays to be refilled with food, impacting our plans. Despite these inconveniences, the staff was friendly and tried to help. Our family appreciated the service in the laundry room too. it was a blessing after a day at the beach to have a place to use the washer after checking out. Overall, I'd consider this place for its location and room quality, but improvements in housekeeping and breakfast management are definitely needed.

During our 3-night stay, I loved how we could easily walk to the Emerald Coast Science Center, just under 1.5 km away, and enjoy the beautiful views at Fort Walton Beach Landing Park, which was only about 1.5 km from the hotel.
